Masala karahi:
Ingredients:
Chicken (karahi cut) 1
Tomatoes 8
Onion 2 large
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili (crushed) 2 tbsp
Green chili 6
Ginger (slices) 4 tbsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Method:
In a pan heat oil and chicken fry for 15 minutes then remove and keep a side. Now onion adds and fry 5 minutes. Then ginger and garlic fry 1 minute. After this tomato, crushed red chili, turmeric and salt mix and fry 1 minute and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Then green chili and ginger fry for a minute and mix in chicken then serveit.
Suji Ka Meetha Paratha :
Ingredients:
Semolina 2 cups
Sugar ½ cup
Clarified butter 1 cup
Food colour ½ tsp
Milk 3 cups
Flour 1-1/2 cup
Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
Raisins 5 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Method:
For the dough in a bowl flour, 3 tbsp clarified butter ,salt ,1/2 cup of sugar and 1 cup of milk add and knead .now 1 cup of water mix and knead well and set aside .now in a pan ½ cup of clarified butter heat add semolina and fry golden brown .then add milk ,remaining sugar ,food colour ,raisin and green cardamom powder add and well mix then covered it and leave to cool now dough roll the disk shape then spread the Semolina mixture then on top keep second disk shape dough and seal it after this fry in hot clarified butter then serve .
Cinnamon Chocolate Cookies:
Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour 2 cups
Butter 1cup
Salt 1 pinch
Sugar ½ cup
Eggs 2
Baking powder 1 tsp
Chocolate (melted) ½ cup
Cinnamon powder 2 tbsp
Poppy seeds 4 tbsp
Cocoa powder 5 tbsp
Baking temperature: 180 0C
Baking time: 15 minutes
Method:
In a bowl butter, sugar and egg mix well and remaining all ingredients mix in a separate bowl then mix in a ready mixture and make patties and keep in a try and bake at 180c for 15 minutes and remove then serve.
