A fruity dessert made with lychees and yoghurt is the perfect way to end a meal!
LYCHEE BAKED YOGURT
Ingredients
15-16 lychees, peeled and deseeded + for garnish
1 cup yogurt
2 tbsps condensed milk
¾ cup fresh cream
8-10 pistachios, blanched, peeled and slivered
Dried rose petals for garnish
Method
1. Preheat the temperature at 160˚C.
2. In a blender jar, add lychees and blend to a coarse paste.
3. Take yogurt in a large bowl and add condensed milk, fresh cream and prepared lychee paste. Whisk till well combined.
4. Transfer into shot glasses till ¾ filled and cover each with aluminium foil. Place them on a baking tray. Pour water into the baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes.
5. Take the glasses out of the oven and allow to cool completely.
6. Garnish with lychee, pistachios and dried rose petals. Serve.
