Ingerdients:
lamb meat 1kg
lokki 4 large(peel and cut in chunks)
onions 2 large (grinned)
tomatoes 3 large(sliced)
green chilli 4
National Garam Masala powder 1/2 tsp
National salt 1 tsp
National turmeric 1/2 tsp
National ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs
National red chilli powder 1 tsp
National cumin powder 1 tsp(heaped)
National coriander powder 1 tsp(heaped)
oil 1/2 cup
fresh coriander hand full
Recipe:
in a pan add the lokki and 1 cup of water, cook on medium flame till it gets soft and all the water dries, then mash it and keep aside.
in a pan heat oil add onion, ginger & garlic paste cook on high flame till the water dries.
now add the tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt mix well and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface and the tomatoes reduce.
then add the meat, water 3 cups, mix well wait for a boil, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the meat is cooked and the water dries.
now add the mashed lokki mix and cook on medium flame for further 10 minutes so that it also has the apices mixed in it.
in the end add gram masala powder, coriander leaves, green chilli mix and cook on high flame for further 2 to 3 minutes.
