Ingredients:
- Pearl millet flour (bajre ka aata)
- Fresh green garlic
- Salt to taste
- Brinjal
- Yoghurt 1 cup
- Italia oil 1 cup
Method:
- In the flour add salt to taste and add water to make a dough
- Make it like a roti on tawa and grind it in grinder. Put aside
- First wash green garlic then dry and cut.
- Cut it in small pieces.
- On Brinjal spray italia oil and cook it directly on flame.
- Once this is cooked peel of and take out soft inner part of Brinjal and mix it with yoghurt and salt.
- Now in a bowl put chopped bajre ki roti and green garlic (diced)
- Mix them both and put tarka of italia oil.
- Mix it Brinjal ka bharta and eat
