Ingredients:

  • Pearl millet flour (bajre ka aata)
  • Fresh green garlic 
  • Salt to taste
  • Brinjal 
  • Yoghurt 1 cup
  • Italia oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. In the flour add salt to taste and add water to make a dough
  2. Make it like a roti on tawa and grind it in grinder. Put aside
  3. First wash green garlic then dry and cut.
  4. Cut it in small pieces. 
  5. On Brinjal spray italia oil and cook it directly on flame. 
  6. Once this is cooked peel of and take out soft inner part of Brinjal and mix it with yoghurt and salt. 
  7. Now in a bowl put chopped bajre ki roti and green garlic (diced) 
  8. Mix them both and put tarka of italia oil. 
  9. Mix it Brinjal ka bharta and eat
  10. Enjoy!
