Laal Chutney:
INGREDIENTS:
Red Chilies 6
Tomatoes 1
Salt ½ tsp
Crushed Cumin ½ tsp
Tamarind Pulp 4 tbsp
Water ½ cup
Oil for frying
METHOD:
In a blender, yogurt, red chilies, , tomato, salt, cumin, tamarind pulp and water and blend well .then heat oil and fry chicken wings then serve with lal chutney.
Creamy Mix Chaat:
Ingredients:
Boiled chickpeas 2 cups
Bananas 8
Sweet potatoes 2
Red beans 1 cup
Boiled potatoes 3-4
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Yogurt 1 cup
Cream 4 tbsp
Chaat masala 2 tbsp
Sweet chutney 6 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Method:
In a bowl mix boiled chickpeas, boiled potatoes and red beans. Also add sweet potatoes and bananas in it. Now add lemon juice and chaat masala. Mix salt, sugar and cream in yogurt. Now in a dish put mix ingredients and pour yogurt mixture over it and garnish with chutney.
Pakora Thali:
Ingredients:
For gram flour:
Gram flour 1-1/2 cup
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Crushed cumin, coriander 1 tbsp
Carom seeds ¾ tsp
Soda 1/8 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
For pakora:
Potato (cut round) as required
Spinach 8-10 leaves
Cottage cheese as required
Onion rings as required
Finely cut cabbage 1 cup
Green coriander, green chilies as required
Oil for frying
Method
Mix all ingredients of gram flour then dissolve it with water and leave for ½ an hour. Now make pakora with potatoes, spinach, onion rings, finely cut cabbage and cottage cheese. Cut all finely then add green coriander and green chilies mix and make pakoras then serve with chutney.
