Ingredients:
Bhindi 250 gms
Potato 1 (Cut into Finger Size)
Chickpeas Flour 4 tbsp
Rice Flour 2 tbsp
National Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
National Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
National Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
National Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Direction:
Step 1: Cut the Bhindi into 4 slices and remove the seeds.
Step 2: Take a Bowl and add National Cumin Powder, National Coriander Powder, National Salt, National Red Chilli Powder, National Turmeric Powder, National Black Pepper Powder, Ajwain and mix it well, now (half) sprinkle it on Bhindi and remaining (half) on Potato and mix it well.
Step 3: Now take a bowl and add Chickpeas Flour, Rice Flour and mix it well, now (half) sprinkle it on Bhindi and remaining (half) on Potato and mix it well.
Step 4: Now fry it on medium flame. Your Kurkure Aloo aur Kurkuri Bhindi Recipe is Ready.
