Kafta Kabab:
Ingredients:
Chicken mince 600 gram
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Finely chopped onion 1
Mint leaves 10-12 leaves
Parsley 1 tbsp
Oregano ¾ tsp
Cumin powder 1-1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder 2 pinch
Egg 1
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder 2 pinch
Oil as required
Method
Heat oil add finely chopped onion and garlic, then fry. Now put chicken mince, mint leaves, parsley, oregano, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, black pepper powder, salt, and nutmeg powder in chopper and chop well. Now make oval shape kabab and fry in oil. Serve with pita bread.

Fattoush salad:
Ingredients:
Iceberg 1 bowl
Tomatoes 3-4
Cucumber 1
Mint leaves few leaves
Parsley as required
Pita bread(slice) 1 cup
Oil 4-5 tbsp
Capsicum 1
Radish 2-3
For dressing:
Olive oil ½ cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Sumac 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
First cut pita bread and grill. Now in bowl take iceberg, add pieces of tomatoes, cucumber, radish and capsicum. Then cut mint leaves and parsley and add in the salad ingredients. For dressing mix olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, sumac and salt. At the end add slices of pita bread and serve.

Ummali:
Ingredients:
Bakarkhani or puff pastry ½ kg
Desiccated Coconut ½ cup
Mix dry fruits as required
Condensed milk ½ tin
Cream 1 packet
Milk 1 cup
Water 4 tbsp
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Method
Spread butter in a pan, break bakarkhani in big pieces and put in dish. Now cook cream, milk, egg, water, condensed milk and cardamom powder till it gets thick. Now pour this mixture over bakarkhani and bake in oven till it gets color. Now cut dry fruit in big pieces and spread over and again bake on 180 degree for 10 minutes.
