Ingredients
Pita Bread Roundels 4
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Chicken Breast fillets(chopped) 2
Onions (chopped) 2 medium
Garlic Cloves (minced) 1
Tomato Puree 250 gms
National Ground cumin & Black Pepper to taste
Butter(melted) 1/2 cup
Greek Yoghurt 1 cup
Fresh Parsley (chopped) 1/4 cup
Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 35-F.
Arrange pita bread on a baking try and lightly toast in the oven.
Cut it into bite size pieces and set aside. Keep warm.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Stir in chicken till juices run clear.
Mix in tomato puree and season with cumin, salt and pepper.
Continue cooking for 10 minutes.
Arrange pita pieces in a serving dish, drizzle with butter, and top with the chicken mixture.
Garnish with yoghurt and parsley and serve.
