Ingredients
- 2 Cup milk powder = 26 tablespoon level
- Exmple : Nido fortified Or Millac milk powder
- 1 tea spoon baking powder
- 2 tbsp Ghee semi solid
- 2 Eggs
Directions
This recipe will make 18 to 20 balls depending what size your ras malai.
Make sure you have the right spoon and amount) Kneed the mixture well.
Prepare the milk:
1 and 1/2 kg milk
Elaichi powder 1/2 tesp or 4 to 5 bud elaichi Suger half cup or give it to taste.
Mix all ingredients in milk and boil not too much thicky.
Once the milk boils, keep the stove at low to medium heat, and make balls of the dough and add to it. Keep the Cover just for 3 to 5 minutes.
They will turn automatically so please try not to use any spoon again and again. Once all are made, take them out one by one carefully. If your dough is well mixed and ingredients are correct, I can guarantee they will not break.
