Hazelnut cup cakes:

Ingredients

Butter 100 gm
Sugar 100 gm
Egg 2
Flour 80 gm
Coco powder 20 gm
Baking powder ½ tsp
Ingredients for frosting
Whipped cream 1 cup
Hazelnut spread ¼ cup
Method
Mixing bowl men butter or sugar dal ker beat ker len phir ek ek ker kay egg shamil karen phir coco powder, baking powder or maida dal ker fold ker len.
Ab cup cake mould men mixture dalen or pre heated oven men180c per 30 se 35 minutes kay liye bake ker len.
Ab cream men hazelnut spread or cream dal ker mix karen or piping bags men cream dal ker ckup cakes per frosting ker len.

Daal gobhi hara masala:

Ingredients

Black lentil boiled 1 cup
Cauliflower boiled ½ cup
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic paste 1tbsp
Onion paste ½ cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Fresh coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Mint leaf chopped 2 tbsp
Green chili small 3 – 4
Salt as required
Chicken powder 1tsp
Cumin 1tsp
Coriander crushed 1tsp
White pepper 1tsp
Cream 2 tbsp
METHOD
Pan men oil garam ker kay garlic sauté Karen phir tamama masalay dal ker bhoon len. Ab onion paste or yogurt dal ker itna pakaen kay oil or gravy alag alag hojae phir boiled daal or gobhi dal ker mix ker len or phir cream dal ker mazeed 3 se 4 minutes tak pakaen.

Chicken tikka masala:

Ingredients to marinate chicken

Chicken boneless cube 1 cup
Oil 2tbsp
Vinegar 2tbsp
Garlic paste 1tbsp
Salt as required
Red chili powder 1tbsp
All spice 1tsp
Red orange color 1 pinch
Ingredients for gravy
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic paste 1tbsp
Onion paste ¼ cup
Tomato puree ½ cup
Salt as required
Red chili powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
All spice ½ tsp
Cashew nut powder 2 tbsp
Cream ¼ cup
Butter 1 tbsp
METHOD
Tikka bananay kay liye ek mixing bowl men chicken or tamam ajza dal ker mix ker len. Or 2 hours kay liye fridge men rakh den phir frying pan men halka oil dal ker chicken kop aka len akhir men koylay ka dum kay ker ek side per rakh len.
Ab gravy kay liye Pan men oil garam ker kay garlic sauté Karen phir tamama masalay dal ker bhoon len. Ab onion paste or tomato puree dal ker itna pakaen kay oil or gravy alag alag hojae phir chicken tikka dal ker mix ker len or phir butter or cream dal ker mazeed 3 se 4 minutes tak pakaen.
