Ingredients
Mince ½ kg
National Salt 1 tsp
National chilli powder 1 tsp
National All spice 1 ½ tsp
National Kabab Masala
Onion 4 tbsp chopped
Green chillies 4 chopped
Pomegranate seeds chopped 1 tbsp
National Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
Wheat flour ½ cup
Ingredients for gravy:
Onion 1 cup chopped
Tomatoes 1 cup chopped
National Salt ½ tsp
National White cumin ½ tsp
Oil ¼ cup

Cooking Directions
Mix mince, salt, chilli powder, all spice, onion, pomegranate seeds, National Kabab Masalacoriander and wheat flour, knead very well till well mixed.
Now make into kababs and keep aside.
For Gravy: Heat oil in an earthenware pot.
Add chopped onion, tomatoes and white cumin, fry well.
Now add kababs and fry on slow flame for 10 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
