Greek style baked wings:
Ingredients:
Marination ingredients:
Chicken wings 400 grams
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Olive oil ½ cup
Lemon zest 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1-1/2 tsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Lemon slice for garnishing
Green coriander for garnishing
Method:
In all marination ingredients mix chicken wings and leave for whole night then bake at 200 degree centigrade for 20 minutes .when it comes to golden color then remove and garnish with lemon slices and green coriander then serve it .
Classic shawarma chicken and tahini sauce :
Chicken marination ingredients:
Chicken breast 400 grams
Salt to taste
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Paprika 1-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Olive oil ½ cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Onion powder 1 tbsp
Serving ingredients:
Boil chickpeas 2 cup
Achaari vegetables 1 cup
Pita bread for serving
Boil egg 1
Tahini sauce ingredients:
Tahini paste 2 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method:
All Chicken marination ingredients mix in chicken and leave for some time then heat oil and roast well .when chicken tender then add boil chickpeas and roast well and add ½ cup of water and cook till than dum .finally add achaari vegetables and mix then dish out .now tahini sauce all ingredients mix and then pour on chicken .finally serve with boil egg and pita bread .
Oats and dates shake :
Ingredients:
Dates 8-10
Oats ½ cup
Brown sugar ½ cup
Milk 2 cup
Cream 4 tbsp
Almonds powder 2 tbsp
Ice as required
Method:
All ingredients blend in a blender then pour in glass and serve it.
