Ingredients
Keema 1 kg
National Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Onions (finely Sliced) 2 medium
National Salt as per taste
National Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
National Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
National Whole Coriander 1 tbsp
National Garam Masala Powder 2 tbsp
Raw Papaya 2 tbsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
Garnish:
Onion Rings
Lemon Wedges
Grind Keema with ginger garlic paste,salt,onions,red chillies, cumin, coriander garam masala and papaya.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and then add 2 tablespoons of Cooking Oil and yogurt.
Knead well. Make equal size round kebab and put them on skewers.
Barbeque the kebabs on hot coals or a grill.
While the kebabs are roasting,glaze them on a muslin cloth or a tissue paper dipped in Cooking Oil.
Garnish and serve with raita.
