Gobi Qeema Katakat:
Ingredients:
Beef minced ½ kg
Cauliflower ½ kg
Green chilies 10
Tomatoes 250 gm
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Garlic 4 cloves
Ginger finely chopped 4
Salt 1 tsp
Green coriander ½ bunch
Fenugreek 2 tbsp
Whole coriander 2 tbsp
Onion 1
Clarified butter ½ cup
All spice powder 1 tsp
Method:
Wash cauliflower well. Boiled with water, green chilies, ginger, garlic and salt. Heat clarified butter on tawa add mince and ½ cup of water cover and cook. Add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder and salt cook few minutes. Add cauliflower and crushed with hammer. Add fenugreek and whole coriander fry well. Add green coriander and all spice powder mix well.

Handi Gosht:
Ingredients:
Boiled beef 1 kg
Yogurt 375 gm
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Sesame 2 tbsp
Peanut 4 tbsp
Coconut 2 tbsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Curry leaves 6
Papaya paste 1 tbsp
Tamarind juice 4 tbsp
Onion 2
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Red chili 2 tsp
Method:
Roast peanut, poppy seeds, sesame, coconut and cumin on tawa, mix in yogurt. Add papaya paste, red chili, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic and beef mix well. Heat oil add onion fry well. Remove beef cook till done. Add fried onion, curry leave, yogurt and tamarind juice.

Khagina:
Ingredients:
Eggs 6
Onion 250 gm
Tomatoes 250 gm
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Green chilies 4
Green coriander ½ bunch
Method:
Heat oil add chopped onion cook till light brown in color. Add tomatoes. Red chili powder, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and cumin cook well. Break eggs cover and cook. When it set add green coriander and green chilies mix well. Remove and serve.
