Ingredients :
Sugar 200gm
Tape water 4 tbsp
Glucose 200gm
Olpers cream 200ml
Chopped ginger 1tbsp
Method :
Take in a pan add sugar, water and glucose.
Medium heat cook 10 to 15 min until golden brown.
Add ginger.
Now take of the souce pan from heat and add the olpers cream and whisk vigorously.
Place it again on over heat and cook it again for 3 to 4 min. Cool at a side.
