Ingredients
Chocolate 200 gm
For Ice Cream:
Milk 2 cup
Vanilla Custard Powder 2 tbsp
Gelatin powder 1 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Olpers Cream 1 packet
Condensed milk 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Ice cream sticks 2
Chocolate Sauce 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Cook milk in a pan, when it starts boiling, add vanilla custard powder dissolved in milk.
Also add sugar and cook till thicken, now add gelatin powder and turn the flame off.
In blender put cream, condensed milk, prepared custard and vanilla essence.
Blend well and pour this mixture in an airtight container/mould and freeze.
Melt the chocolate and pour in mold.
Cool and add ice-cream in it.
Garnish with chocolate sauce and serve.
