  1. wow…The food is so famous in here, Korea. ^^ It called '계란밥'(Gaeran bob…??!! = Egg rice). So simple and delicious~! Many young people like it. Tomorrow I'll take it!!! >.<

  2. Here goes…

    Serves approx 4 people

400g brown rice, cooked and drained and left to cool
2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
a good splash of red wine vinegar
small bunch of flat leaf parsley, leaves picked and finely chopped
small bunch of mint, leaves picked and finely chopped
small handful of toasted mixed seeds like pumpkin, pine nuts etc
1/2 a red chilli, finely sliced
1/2 a butternut squash, seeds removed and cut into wedges and roasted
    Sea salt
    black pepper
    50g feta, crumbled.

    Enjoy!

  3. I don't want my food to be boring. I try to cook creatively but I've realised that with certain ingredients, I always end up serving the same dish. This happens to me with meat, fish, salad and beans. How can I get easy alternatives to cook the same main ingredient?

  4. Great recipe, I substitute the brown rice sometimes for quinoa as its a protein or I add thin stirips of grilled meet to the rice

  5. You are probebly the only one I've seen not saying "Ah, perfect!" the first time you taste what you've mended. I like that (and the recipe)!

  6. I recently bought some forbidden rice but am not sure what to do with it. Can you tell me the rice/water ratio and somethings that might be good to put in it? I'd like to serve it with some tilapia!
