Dinner roll buns :
Flour 500 gm
Sugar 50 gm
Salt 1 tsp
Yeast 12 gm
Milk powder 50 gm
Water 250 ml
Method
Maida me sb cheezen add kr k dough tyar kr le phir profing k ley rakh de jb prof ho jaey to cutting kr k apni marzi say shape ready kren phir profing kr le phir eggs say brush kr k 180c pr 25 minutes k ley bake kren
