Lemon Murgh Karahi:

Ingredients

Chicken 1 kg
Tomatoes ½ kg
Lemon Slice 4
Green Chili 6
Turmeric 1tsp
Cumin Seeds (roasted, chopped) 1 tsp
Red Chili 2 tsp
All spice Powder 1tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Carom Seeds (chopped) ½ tsp
Black Salt ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Curry Leaves 6
Method:
Heat oil, add chicken and fry.
When dries water, add tomato, turmeric, cumin seeds, red chili, and salt, curry leaves, carom seeds and cover it.
After this, dries water, add lemon slice, black salt, green chilies, garam masala powder and removes from the stove.

Hari moong daal :

Ingredients

Green gram ½ kg
Yogurt ½ cup
Cream ½ cup
Cumin 1 tsp
Tomato 2
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Green chili 2
Clarified butter ½ cup
Finely cut ginger 1 tbsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Green coriander as required
Salt 1 tsp
Method
Heat oil and add mustard seeds and cumin when aroma comes then add tomato,, ginger garlic, red chili powder, green chili, yogurt and all spice powder then sauté well. Now add boiled green gram and cook on low flame for 15 minutes. Then add cream and green coriander and turn off the flame.
