Fried Kabab Rolls :

Ingredients for kabab

Chicken boneless 1 cup
Ginger & garlic paste 1tbsp
Green chili paste 1tbsp
Onion chopped 1
Spring onion chopped 1tbsp
Bread slices 2
Salt as required
Chicken powder 1tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
To assemble
Mandha patti 8 se 10
Kabab 8 se 10
Egg 2
Sivayyan as required
Oil for frying
Method
Ek mixing bowl men chicken men tamam ajza dal ker mix ker len phir bread slices ko pani men soak ker kay nichor len phir chicken men shamil ker len phir tamam ajza chopper men dal ker chop ker len. Ab deekhon per kabab bhar ker rakh len phir kabab cholhay per ya koylon per paka len.
Ab kabab ko mandh patti men rakh ker roll bana len. Ab roll ko anday men dip ker kay sivayyan lagaen or halkay garam oil men roll fry ker len.

Chipotle sauce:

Ingredients

Red chili whole ½ cup
Vinegar ¼ cup
Garlic 3 to 4
White pepper 1tsp
All spice ¼ tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Chicken powder 1tsp
Salt as required
Oil ¼ cup
Method
Lal mirchon ko 10 se 15 minutes kay liye pani men bhi ko len phir mirchon ko pani se nikal ker. Blender men dalen or baqi kay tamam ajza blender men dal ker 1 minute tak blend ker len.

Crispy box patties :

Ingredients for filling

Boneless chicken boiled & shredded 1 cup
Oil 1tbsp
Capsicum chopped 2tbsp
Carrot chopped 2tbsp
Coriander chopped 1tbsp
Cream ¼ cup
Salt as required
White pepper 1tsp
Chicken powder 1tsp

Ingredients to assemble
Manda patti 6 to 8
Chicken filling as required
Eggs 2
Bread crumbs as required
Corn flakes as required
Oil for frying
Method
Pan men oil garam ker kay gajar or shimla dal ker sauté ker len phir phir chicken dal ker tamam masalay dal ker 1 minute tak pakaen phir cream shamil ker kay filling ko garha ker len. Or phir ek plate men nikal ker thanda ker len.
Ab ek bowl men anday dal ker phaint len. Or dosray bowl men bread crumbs or corn flaks dal ker mix ker len. Ab mandha patti per chicken filling rakh ker box patties bana len phir anday men dip ker kay bread crumb or corn flaks laga ker halkay garam oil men fry ker len jab golden color ajae to nikal ker serve karen.
