Cream Walnut Salad:

Ingredients’

Apple slices ½ cup
Boiled potato slices ½ cup
Fresh strawberries slices 5 to 6
Cream ¼ cup
Mayonnaise ¼ cup
Sugar/ honey 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
Walnuts ¼ cup
Ice berg for garnish
Method
Ek mixing bowl men tamam ajza dal ker mix ker len. Phir salad ko serving bowl men dal ker bhob thanda ker kay serve karen.

Mutton lemon karahi:

Ingredients

Mutton with bone (boiled) 500 gm
Oil ½ cup
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chili small paste 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Tomato 5 to 6
Yogurt ¼ cup
Lemon juice 4 -5 tbsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Cumin crushed ½ tsp
Coriander crushed ½ tsp
Green chili big julienne 2 to 3
Lemon slices for garnish
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Ginger julienne for garnish
Fresh coriander chopped for garnish
Method
Karahi men oil garam ker kay mutton ko lehsan, adrak , hari mirch paste or namak kay sath fry ker len.
Phir thora sa pani or tomato dal ker 3 se 4 minutes kay liye dum per chor den phir tomato kay chilkay alag ker kay dahi or tamam masalay shamil ker den. Phir mazeed 5 minutes kay liye dum per chor den phir khob bhunaee karen kay itna kay tomater bilkul pis jaen. Ab lemon juice, lemon slices or hari mirchen dal ker 1 minute tak bhunaee karen phir hara dhania or adrak dal ker serve karen.

Namkeen chicken pulao:

Chicken with bone 500 gm
Rice 400 gm
Oil ¼ cup
Onion slices ¼ cup
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chili small paste 2 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Lemon juice 2 – 3 tbsp
Lemon slices 6 to 8
Cumin 1tsp
Salt as required
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander chopped for garnish
Fried onion for garnish
Method
Pan men oil garam ker kay piyaz brown ker len. Phir lehsan or mirchon ka paste dal ker sauté karen or phir chicken dal ker achi tarhan fry ker len. Phir dahi, lemon slices, lemon juice or tamam masalay dal ker 2 se 3 minutes tak bhoon len phir pani dal ker itna pakaen kay ubal ajae phir chawal dal ker 3 se 4 minutes tak pakaen or phir dum per chor den jab pulao tayyar hojae to fried onion or hara dhania dal ker serve karen.
