Ingredients
Undercut 250 gms
National Ginger Paste 1 tsp
Red Chilli deseeded and chopped 1
Garlic chopped 2 cloves
Fresh Chives 1 tbsp chopped
National Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Sesame Seeds 1 tsp
National Salt to taste
National Crushed Black pepper to taste

Cooking Directions
Cut the beef into small cubes.
In a bowl mix the ginger, garlic, chives, soy sauce, red chilli, sesame seeds, salt and black pepper.
Add the beef cubes and Marinate for atleast 1 hr or then over night.
Now heat a grill pan, grease it liberally with oil and place the skewers reserving the marinade to brush on in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Rotate the skewers so they dunt burn and keep brushing with marinade until cooked.
Serve with boiled white rice or then as an appetizer.
