Aam Puri:
Ingredients
Mango pulp 2cups
Cream ½ cup
Condensed milk ½ cup
Almonds/pistachios ½ cup
Butter as required
Ingredients for puri
Plain flour as required
Oil for frying
Method
In a bowl mix condensed milk , mango pulp , cream and butter mix well , now dish it out in other bowl and sprinkle almonds and pistachios , to make puris make roll of plain flour flat it like puris and fry . lastly serve with mango .
Achari Gosht
Ingredients
Meat (beef) ½ kg
Carrots ½ kg
Black Peppercorns 1tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Tomato Paste 250 gm
Onion Paste 2
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
All spice 1tbsp
Clarified butter ½ cup
Green Chilies as required
Coriander Leaves as required
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Fennel seeds 1tsp
Onion seeds 1tsp
Method:
Ina pan, add meat, 4 glass of water, coriander powder, onion paste, salt, turmeric, red chillies, ginger garlic, cumin seeds, tomato paste, black peppercorns and cook on low flame for 1 hour.When meat are tender,add ghee, carrot and fry well.Then add 1 glass of water and cook on low flame.After this, add garam masala powder, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves and removes from the stove.
