Tomato Rice is a famous South Indian recipe. It is very delicious and easy to prepare recipe.

Tomato Rice:
Ingredients:
Sesame oil 2-3 tbsp
Rice 1 cup
Tomatoes chopped 2
Cardamoms 2
Cinnamon 2 sticks
Cloves 4-5
Anise star 2
Garlic crushed 3-4 cloves
Ginger 1 inch piece
Fried onion for garnish
Red chilies for garnish
Spring onion for garnish

Method:
Heat oil add cardamoms, cinnamon, cloves and anise star, cook well. Add ginger garlic fry well. Add tomatoes cook. Add rice and water, cook. When water dried out remove from dish, garnish with green onion, red chili and fried onion.

Indonesian Prawn and Vegetable curry:
Ingredients:
Prawns 5- 6
Potato 1
Beans ¼ cup
Cauliflower 1/4 cup
Carrot 1
Onion half
Garlic 5-6
Cashew nut 6
Ginger 1 inch piece
Whole coriander 1 tbsp
Black pepper to taste
Red chili to taste
Green chilies 4-5
Salt to taste
Lemon grass 1 stalk
Lime leaves 2-3

Coconut milk 2 cups
Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
Add garlic, black pepper, red chilies, whole coriander, salt, lime leave and lemon grass in oil, blend well. Add blended spices in pan cook well. Add vegetables cook for 5 minute more. Add prawns, coconut milk and cashew cook 5 minute more. Remove and serve in a dish.

Buko Fruit Salad:
Ingredients:
Condensed milk 1 tin
Cream 2 packets
Coconut 1 cup
Fruit cocktail 1 tin
Pineapple 1 tin
Method:
mix condense milk and cream in a bowl. Now mix fruit cocktail, pineapple and coconut, serve chilled

Satay Balinese Style:
Ingredients:
Chicken minced 500 gm
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Grated coconut 2 tbsp
Ginger 2 inch piece
Garlic 4-5
Red fresh chilies 4-5
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Lemon leaves 4-5
Oil ¼ cup
Method:
Mix ginger, garlic, crushed red chilies, turmeric, coconut and brown sugar in oil to form paste. Add in pan cook well. add in chicken minced mix well. Wrap ready minced on skewers or lemon grass, bake for ½ hour.
