Dum Mutton Roast:

Ingredients:

Mutton pieces ½ kg
Fried onion ½ cup
Green chili paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 250 gram
Crushed red chili ½ tsp
Lemon juice 5 tbsp
Papaya paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Nutmeg, mace powder ½ tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Fry potato, lettuce leaves for garnish
Method
Put fried onion, green chili paste, yogurt, crushed red chili, lemon juice, papaya paste, salt, nutmeg, mace powder, ginger garlic, oil and all spice powder on mutton pieces then leave for 2 hours. Now cook on medium flame for 1 hour. When it get tender then take out in dish and serve with fry potato and lettuce leaves.

Cheese paratha:

Ingredients:

Paratha 1 packet
Cheese 1 cup
Tomato ketchup ½ cup
Oregano 1 tsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Basil leaves 1 tbsp
Clarified butter for frying

Method:
Fry the parathas and set aside. Then mix all the above ingredients and add to the parathas. Serve hot.

Achari dumpukht Aalu:

Ingredients:

Boil potatoes 650gm
Oil ½ cup
Fried onion ½ cup
Red pepper crushed 1tsp
Cumin 1tsp
Mustard ½ tsp
Onion seeds ½ tsp
Fennel ½ tsp
Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp
Dried fenugreek 2tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Mango dried 1tbsp
Yogurt 1cup
Green chilies, coriander as required
