Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 Kg
Onion 2 (Chopped)
Ginger 1 tbsp (Chopped)
National Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
National Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
National Cumin Powder 1 tsp
National Salt 1 tsp
National Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Oil 1/2 Cup
Garam Masala:
Bay Leaf 1
Cinnamon 2
Cloves 6
Black Cardamom 2
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add Chicken, National Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Cardamom Powder, National Red Chilli Powder, National Cumin Powder, National Salt, National Turmeric Powder, Yogurt and mix it well and rest it for 1 to 2 hours at room temperature.
Step 2: Now take a pot and add oil and add Garam Masala (Bay Leaf,
Cinnamon, Cloves,
Black Cardamom) and stir it well and slightly fry it and then add Onion and stir it and slightly fry them unti it become soft. After that add marinated chicken from step 1 and then stir it and cover with lid and cook for 40 minutes (10 minutes on medium flame and 30 minutes on low flame)
Step 3: After that remove the lid and stir it and add Ginger 1 tbsp and green coriander (optional) and stir it for 2 minutes on medium flame. After that your Dum Chicken is Ready. Enjoy it.
