Dhaka Kabab:
Ingredients:
Chicken (shredded) 1 cup
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chili small paste 1 tbsp
Green coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Egg 1
Oil for frying
BATTER
Egg 2
Corn flour 2 tbsp
White till 1 tbsp
Water as required
METHOD
In a bowl add shredded chicken and all kabab ingredients mix and make kabab. then all batter ingredients mix in a bowl then kabab dip in batter and fry till than golden.
Paneeri Qorma:
Ingredients:
Oil ¼ cup
Paneer 1 cup
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Fried onion 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Whole all spices 1 tsp
Bay leaves 1-2
Screw pine few drops
Food color few drops
Nutmeg powder 1 pinch
Mace powder 1 pinch
METHOD:
In a pan heat oil and sauté ginger garlic paste .then add all spices and yogurt then cook 4 to 5 minutes .after this add Nutmeg , Mace powder, food color and fried onion add and further cook 2 to 3minutes when gray ready then add paneer and serve .
Vegetable Roghan Josh:
Ingredients:
Potato cubes & boiled 1 cup
Cauliflower boiled 1 cup
Carrot cubes & boiled ½ cup
Green peas boiled ½ cup
Oil ½ cup
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Fried onion 2 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Tomato puree ½ cup
Salt to taste
Kashmiri chili powder 1 tbsp
Dry ginger powder 1 tsp
Fennel powder 1 tsp
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Crushed coriander 1 tsp
Bay leaves 1-2
Whole all spices powder 1 tsp
METHOD:
All vegetables boil. then all whole spices grind. Then heat oil then ginger garlic sauté after this add all spices, yogurt and tomatoes add and roast well. when oil separate then add brown onion and add water. finally add all boil vegetables and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and serve.
