Ingredients:
Boiled Rice 1/2 kg
Small Cabbage 1 (Chopped)
Small Capsicum 2 (Chopped)
Carrot 2 (Chopped)
Green Onion 1 (Chopped)
Boneless Chicken 1/2 Cup
Egg 3
Peas 1/2 Cup
Potato 2 (Chopped)
National Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
National Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
National Vinegar 1 tbsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp (Chopped)
National Salt 1 tsp
Yellow Color 1 Pinch
Oil 4 tbsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add eggs and add 1 pinch salt and black pepper and whisk it well and then take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil and heat it and then put the egg batter and stir it and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame. After that dish out it separately.
Step 2: Now take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil and put Cabbage and fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame. After that dish out it separately.
Step 3: Now take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil and put Capsicum and fry it for 3 minutes on medium flame. After that dish out it separately.
Step 4: Now take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil and put Carrot and fry it for 3 minutes on medium flame. After that dish out it separately.
Step 5: Now take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil and put Potato and fry it for 5 minutes on medium flame. After that dish out it separately.
Step 6: Now take a pot and add 2 tbsp oil and add Green Onion,Garlic and fry it sligtly and then put Boneless Chicken and fry it until it’s color changed and then add Peas and stir it and fry it for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Step 7: After that add all fried vegetables and egg from above steps and stir it and then add Chilli Sauce, Soya Sauce, Vinegar, Black Pepper Powder, Salt and stir it well and then add boiled rice half and mix it well and then add remaining rice and then take yellow color and add some water and mix it and then sprinkle on the rice and turn off the flame and cover with lid for 2 minutes. After that remove the lid and mix it well and dish out it. Your Desi Chines Fried Rice is Ready.
