made the sauce with coconut cream and turmeric & Hungarian smoked paprika instead of milk cream.. it was amazing.. highly recommend!

Fennel? Hmm i will skip that! Potato, onions , leeks, oatcream, garlic, thyme, salt, nutmeg, bouillon makes a delish potato al forno.
I’m making a lighter and lacto version.
Milk + corn starch + a small piece of butter
Miso (japanese soy paste) +
galic powder +
nutritional yeast
