Fruity Custard:
Ingredients:
Fruit Cocktail 1 tin
Pineapple Cubes 1 tin
Peach 2
Banana 2
Almond 10-20
Chopped Pistachio 15
Sugar 1 cup
Vanilla Custard 4 tbsp
Method:
In a pan boil rice with 1 liter milk and 1 ½ cup sugar and cook it till everything combines together. Dissolve 3-4 tbsp vanilla custard with some milk and add it in the kheer to thicken. Cool it and add in Kulfi Syrup, Pine apple cubes, 2 apricots and bananas. In the end, add in chopped almonds and pistachios. Cool it and serve.

Mutton Curry:
Mutton ½ Kg
Onion 2
Yogurt 250 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Bay Leaves 2
Cloves 4
Green Chili 1 bunch
All Spice Powder 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Oil ½ Cup
Method:
In mutton meat add turmeric and boil it .when meat tender then stove off .then heat oil and fry onion till then brown it and remove it .then add in oil add bay leaves and cloves .when feel smell then add yogurt, onion paste, spices, red chili ,salt and ginger garlic add .now add boil meat and cook ½ an hour .finally add green chilies and green coriander and serve.

Seekh Kabab Aalu Gravy :
Ingredients:
Seekh kabab 1 packet
Tomatoes ½ kg
Potato fries ½ kg
Onion 1
Turmeric 1
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Green coriander ½ bunch
Green chili 4
Bay leaves 1
All spice powder ½ tsp
Cardamom 2
Cloves 2
Oil as required
Method:
Heat oil then add cloves ,bay leaves ,cardamom and cumin add .when aroma comes out then add onion and roast .then tomatoes ,turmeric, coriander powder ,fennel ,salt and red chili powder then cook .when tomatoes well tender then roast for few minutes .after this add green coriander and green chili add and leave on dum .finally dish out and add fry seekh kabab and fry potatoes and then sprinkling all spice powder and serve .
