CREAMY CHICKEN SANDWICH
Ingredients
100 grams chicken boneless, cut into thin strips
1 tbsp oil
1 medium onion, sliced
Salt to taste
1 tsp green chilli paste
½ tsp ginger-garlic paste
4 brown bread slices
¼ tsp crushed black peppercorns
1 tsp Tata Sampann Chicken Masala
½ cup hung yogurt
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley leaves
Cherry tomatoes for garnish
Method
1. Heat oil in non-stick pan, Add onion and salt and sauté till translucent on a medium heat.
2. Add green chilli paste and chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
3. Trim the edges of the bread and set aside.
4. Add crushed black peppercorns and Tata sampan chicken masala in the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes on a medium heat. Take the pan off the heat.
5. Transfer the chicken mixture in a bowl and set aside for cool down.
6. Mix together hung yogurt and chopped parsley with the chicken mixture.
7. Apply a portion of the prepared chicken mixture on one slice of the bread and Place the other slice of the bread and press it slightly.
8. Garnish with cherry tomatoes attached with tooth picks. Serve immediately.
