Refreshing homemade ice cream with the crunch of chocolate cookies topped with caramel sauce.
COOKIES AND CARAMEL ICE CREAM
Ingredients
6-8 dark chocolate cookies, crushed + for garnishing
2 tablespoons caramel sauce + for drizzling
1 cup whipping cream
½ cup condensed milk
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
Dark chocolate chips for garnishing
Method
1. Whip the cream to soft peaks. Add condensed milk, caramel sauce, vanilla essence and chocolate cookies. Fold till well mixed.
2. Transfer mixture to an airtight container, sprinkle some chocolate chips and freeze for overnight.
3. Scoop out the ice cream, drizzle some caramel sauce on top, garnish with a chocolate cookie and serve chilled.
