Coconut Jello Dessert :
Ingredients:
Green jelly 1 packet
Red jelly 1 packet
Milk 2 cups
Custard powder 2 tbsp
Cream 1 packet
Gelatin powder 2 tbsp
Cocoa powder 1 sashay
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Condensed milk 1 tin
Almond, pistachios for garnishing
Method:
Boil the milk and then add custard powder dissolve .when milk thick then cool it .then in a blender ready custard, cream, coconut powder, vanilla essence, condensed milk and Gelatin powder 4 tbsp mix in water and blend it .after this cut the jelly pieces then add in serving bowl .then add blended mixture now keep in refrigerator then cut in to pieces and garnish with almonds ,pistachios and serve .
Chili Pickle Kabab :
Ingredients for kabab:
Chicken mince ½ kg
Onion 2
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Cumin ½ tsp
Whole coriander 1 tsp
Bread slice 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chili pickle ingredients:
Large chili 10
pickled masala 1 packet
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
Oil for frying
Method:
All kabab ingredients mix and pour in a chopper then grind it .for chili pickle in a bowl add all achar masala ,lemon and ketchup mix .now cut in the middle and fill the masala .then chili coat with mince and shape out .finally fry in oil and serve.
Beetroot Raita :
Ingredients:
Chicken nuggets 1 packet
Yogurt 1 cup
Cream 2 tbsp
Roasted cumin ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Black salt ½ tsp
Boiled beetroot 1
Green chilies chopped 1
Mint for garnishing
Method:
Chicken nuggets fry in heat oil .now in a bowl add beaten yogurt and all ingredients mix then chicken nuggets add and mix .finally garnish with mint and serve.
