Ingerdients:

For Karahi:

1: chicken 1 kg

2: tomatoes 5 large (sliced)

3: National salt 1 tsp

4: National red chilli powder 1 tsp

5: National crushed black pepper 1 tsp

6: National cumin seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

7: National ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp

8: oil 1/2 cup

For Chutney:

1: fresh coriander 1 cup

2: fresh mint 1/2 cup

3: green chilli 6

For Garnishing:

1: fresh ginger 1 inch (Julian cut)

2: fresh coriander 3 tbsp

3: green chilli 2 (cut in half)

Recipe:

1: in a blender add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli and a little water, grind to a paste.

2: heat oil add National ginger & garlic paste, chicken and fry on high flame till changes colour.

3: then add the tomatoes, National salt, National red chilli powder, National crushed black pepper, National dry roasted cumin and cook on high flame till the tomatoes reduce.

4: now add the grinneded chutney, mix well cover and cook on medium flame till oil comes on surface.

5: add ginger, coriander, green chilli mix.

6: serve hot with roti, naan.
