Thin freshly baked chocolate and bread cookies can be great accompaniment for your evening tea/coffee.
CHOCOLATE AND BREAD COOKIES
Ingredient
100 grams dark chocolate, melted
100 grams rye bread
2 eggs
50 grams castor sugar
100 grams butter
Sea salt for garnishing
Method
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C.
2. Add rye bread in blender and make crumbs. Add eggs, castor sugar and blend it again.
3. Add chocolate and butter and blend it well.
4. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and pipe it out cookies into a greased baking tray. Apply some water on top of each cookie and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle sea salt on top of each cookie.
6. Cool and serve.
