Peri Chicken Pasta:
Ingredients:
Boiled pasta 1 cup
Peri sauce 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Chopped capsicums 1
Oregano 1 tsp
Chopped onion 1
Chicken stock ½ cup
Chopped tomato 1 small
For chicken marination:
Chicken breast fillet 400 grams
Peri sauce 4 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Olives oil 2 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Dried mango powder 1 tsp
Method:
In Chicken breast fillet all ingredients mix and leave for 2 to 3 hours .then grill it .after this in a pan heat olive oil and add chopped onion and garlic fry .then add Peri sauce ,oregano and chicken stock cook till than boil .now boil pasta ,chopped capsicum and chopped tomato add and mix well then dish out .finally cut the grill chicken and serve .

Mexican Fried Chicken Wings:
Ingredients:
Chicken wings ½ kg
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Jalapeno pepper 4-5
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Flour ¾ cup
Brown sugar as required
Oil for fry

Method
Marinate chicken with salt, vinegar, jalapeno pepper powder, red chili powder, paprika powder and brown sugar and leave for 2 hours. Now mix baking powder and flour in it then fry in hot oil till it gets crispy.

Corn Salsa:
Ingredients:
Boiled corns 1 cup
Chopped tomato 1
Chopped onion 1
Chopped Jalapeno pepper 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green coriander as required
Tortilla chips as required

Method:
In a bowl add jalapeno pepper, lemon juice, salt and green coriander and crushed it. Now in another bowl mix boiled corn, chopped onion, chopped tomato and crushed spices. Now serve
