Chicken Garlic Chicken Wings :
Ingredients for Marination :
Chicken wings (with skin) 400 grams
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Salt as required
Egg 1
Flour ½ cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Glaze ingredients:
Honey 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper ¾ tsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Method:
All ingredients mix in chicken and leave to marinate for 1 hour .after this heat oil and fry chicken wings till than golden color .now heat oil and fry garlic .then add all glaze ingredients and mix well .then tossn the chicken wings and serve.

Special Fried Rice:
Ingredients:
Boiled rice 300 grams
Boiled beef mince ¾ cup
Chicken ¾ cup
Boiled peas ½ cup
Spring onion ½ cup
Boiled carrot 1
Small prawns ½ kg
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
Chicken stock ¾ cup
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Egg 1
Method:
Heat oil and fry garlic .then Wisk the egg and remove it .now heat 1 tbsp heat oil and sauté chicken .then add boil mince ,boil peas ,small prawns and boil carrot add and mix well .after this add salt ,crushed black pepper ,soy sauce , Sriracha sauce and vinegar mix .after this mix rice and chicken stock and fry well .finally mix spring onion and serve .

Spicy Cashew Chicken:
For marination ingredients:
Chicken small cubes ½ kg
Rice flour 4 tbsp
Soy sauce 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
For sauce ingredients:
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Cashew ¾ cup
Spring onion ½ cup
Barbecue sauce 1 tbsp
Method:
All the marination ingredients add chicken cubes and leave to marinate for 2 hour .then heat oil and fry then set aside. For sauce heat oil and fry garlic .now except chew and spring onion all ingredients mix and cook till than mix well .after this fry chicken ,spring onion and cashew mix and serve .
