Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 400 gm Chicken Boneless
- 25 gm Onions
- 25 gm Red Capsicum
- 25 gm Green Capsicum
- 50 gm Carrots
- 80 gm Peas
- 1 TBSP Chili Sauce
- 1 TBSP Soy Sauce
- 1 TSP Black Pepper Powder
- Salt (As Needed)
- 1 TBSP Chicken Powder
- 50 gm Cabbage
- 300 gm Roll Patti’s
- 1 Egg
Direction: First of all, Oil in a Pan. Let it some warm. Then add chicken boneless, onions, mix them well. Then add Red Capsicum, Green Capsicum, Carrots, Mix them. Now mix it again by adding Peas, Chili Sauce, Soya Sauce, Black Pepper Powder. Add Salt, Chicken Powder, Mix them again. Add Cabbage and mix. Now take a roll Patti. Apply the above prepared mixture at this. Apply Egg at one side and close it by applying Egg at the other side. It’s time for frying. Add cooking oil in pan. Add Rolls in this oil and fry them until they changed into golden brown.
