Ingerdients:
Chicken 2kg (12 pieces)
Onions 6 large
Oil/Ghee 1 cup
Ginger 6 inch long piece (cut in to Julian/thin pieces)
National Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
National Black pepper powder 1tsp
National Red chilli powder 1tsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
Tomatoes 5 medium sized chopped
Green chillies 12 to 15 cut in to half an inch pieces.
Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
Recipe:
Add oil/ghee in the pan, add onions and ginger cook till transparent and soft. Add the chicken pieces and fry till it turns white. Cook on high flame.
Once white, add the tomatoes, green chillies, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and black pepper powder. Mix well. Add 1 glass of water. Cover and cook on medium flame till water dries and oil comes to the surface. Add fresh coriander for garnishing. Serve hot.
