Chicken Fajita Wraps:
Ingredients
Cheese balls ½ packets
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Onion chopped 2-3 tbsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Capsicum 2
Salt ½ tsp
Chili flakes ½ tsp
Ingredients for salsa:
Tomatoes chopped 2
Onion chopped 1
Salt ¼ tsp
Chili flakes ½ tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
For assembling:
Tortillas as required
Mayo 3-4 tbsp
Coriander 2 tbsp
Preparation:
Heat the pan, add oil,chopped onion,fry for 1,2 minutes, add garlic and give itc2 minutes more.add cheese balls bites and capsicum,add sizzling & mix it well and keep aside.
Method for Mix all the ingredients and keep aside.
To assemble Take a tortilla ,put some mayo on it,keep chicken mixture on it then some salsa& coriander . Roll it and its ready to serve.
Moussaka:
Ingredients
Egg plant sliced& fried 2
Potato sliced& fried 2
Ingredients for Meat sauce:
Beef mince ½ kg
Tomato puree 2 cup
Oil ¼ cup
Salt& paper ½ tsp
Bay leaf 2
Clove 2
Cinnamon stick 1
Onion chopped 1
Garlic 1 tsp
Ingredients for bechamel sauce
Butter as required
Flour ½ cup
Milk 6 cups
Egg yolks 2
Salt pinch
Black paper pinch
Nutmeg ½
To make the meat sauce,first pour oil into a pan ,add onion then garlic & mince.fry for 2 to 3 minutes .add salt paper,clove,cinnamon, bay leaf and then add tomato puree.mix well & let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
For Bechamel sauce:
Heat the butter,add flour,wisk well for 1-2 minutes. Add milk gradually while stirring to avoid lumps.add salt,paper,nutmeg & egg yolks, keeps stirring until sauce get thick.
Assembling:
In a heat prof dish make layer of potato pour meat sauce,put some bread crumbs then make a layer of eggplants, again meat sauce then crumbs.pour the bechamel source on the top and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Its ready to serve.
Khajoor sandwich biscuits:
Ingredients
Dates 250gm
Nuts crushed 3-4 tbsp
Oil/butter 1tbsp
Biscuits as required
Coconut powder to garnish
MATHOD:
Heat the pan,ADD butter,crushed dates& nuts & fry till dates become soft.
Pour out the mixture, let it cool.take some date mixture make layer with biscuits and even them from all side.
Roll in coconut powder & serve
