Chicken Fajita Salad

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Crush red pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crush cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Red chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum 1 (julienne)
  • Tomato 1 (julienne seeds remove)
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Lettuce 2 cups
  • Cheddar cheese grated 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Suree salad dressing 4 – 5 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinade chicken breast with garlic paste, salt, crushed red pepper, cumin, vinegar, and red chili garlic sauce.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil and pan fry chicken breast until done. Remove from pan and cut into pieces.
  3. In another bowl mix together capsicum, tomato, onion, lattuce, cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, sugar and suree salad dressing.
  4. Add in chicken pieces, toss gently and serve immediately.
  5. Note: You can also first cut chicken into pieces then marinade and fry.
