Ingredients
- Chicken breast 2
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Crush red pepper 1/2 tsp
- Crush cumin 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Red chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
- Capsicum 1 (julienne)
- Tomato 1 (julienne seeds remove)
- Onion sliced 1
- Lettuce 2 cups
- Cheddar cheese grated 3 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Suree salad dressing 4 – 5 tbsp
Cooking Directions
- Marinade chicken breast with garlic paste, salt, crushed red pepper, cumin, vinegar, and red chili garlic sauce.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil and pan fry chicken breast until done. Remove from pan and cut into pieces.
- In another bowl mix together capsicum, tomato, onion, lattuce, cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, sugar and suree salad dressing.
- Add in chicken pieces, toss gently and serve immediately.
- Note: You can also first cut chicken into pieces then marinade and fry.
