Ingredients
Potatoes 4 boiled and mashed
National Red Chilli Powder
Chicken 150 gms boiled and shredded
Capsicum 2 tbsp finely chopped
Fresh Corriander 1 tbsp chopped
Green Onion 1 finely chopped
National Salt
National Pepper
Chedder Cheese 2 tbsp grated
Mozerella Cheese 2 tbsp grated
Milk 1 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Flour 1 1/2 tbsp
Vermicelli as required
Egg 1 beaten
Cooking Directions
Season mashed potatoes with red chili powder, salt and pepper
Now mash well to make it smooth and remove any lumps.
In a saucepan melt butter and add the flour cook till fragrant and gradually whisk in the milk to make a thick white sauce.
Add the cheddar and mozzarella cheese and season with salt and pepper.
To the white sauce add the boiled chicken, capsicum, green onion and coriander and mix well, check seasoning and add salt and pepper accordingly.
Crush vermicelli on a tray.
Make round balls out of the potato then flatten it fill the center
With the chicken mixture and form into a cutlets making sure the chicken mixture remains in the center of the cutlet.
Dip in the beaten egg and roll in the vermicelli to coat evenly.
Shallow fry it until golden and serve.
