In 2001, Harry opened his first restaurant in Bogotá, which quickly became a popular destination for food lovers. In 2005, Harry was awarded the “Chef of the Year” award by the Colombian Academy of Gastronomy. In 2008, Harry was invited to participate in the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition in Lyon, France.
