Admir Jani’s innovative dishes, such as roasted lamb with honey and thyme, and trout with pickled cabbage and mustard sauce, were widely praised by food critics and customers alike.

In 2007, Admir Jani opened his second restaurant, called “Pllaka e Madhe” (Big Plate), in the coastal city of Durres. The restaurant was located on a beautiful beachfront and offered stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. The menu featured fresh seafood and fish dishes, as well as traditional Albanian specialties such as fërgesë and tavë kosi. The restaurant was a huge success, attracting both locals and tourists, and further cementing Admir Jani’s reputation as one of the best chefs in Albania.

In 2010, Admir Jani opened his third restaurant, called “Liqeni i Thate” (Dry Lake), in the city of Shkodra.
