Early Life and Career
David Muñoz was born in Madrid, Spain, on January 19, 1980. He grew up in the working-class neighborhood of Usera, where he was exposed to the rich culinary traditions of Spain from a young age. His mother worked as a nurse and his father as a factory worker, but they always made time to cook elaborate meals for their family.
