Cheesy Potato Roti Roll:
Ingredients for Filling:
Boiled potatoes 2 cup
Boiled peas ¾ cup
Cheddar cheese ¾ cup
Chopped onion 1
Chopped ginger 1 tsp
Green chilies 2-3
All spice powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Butter 4 tbsp
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Ingredient for Tortilla:
Flour 1 cup
Fine flour ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Ingredients for Filling:
Tomato sliced as required
Cucumber as required
Lettuce as required
Oil as required
Method:
Knead all ingredients of roti and leave for 15 minute. Remove make pedas. Heat butter sauté onion and ginger. Also add chicken powder, boiled potatoes, boiled peas. Add all spice, chopped onion, green chilies, lemon juice and salt mix well. Spread mayonnaise on tortilla. Then place filing ingredients on it. Add cheddar cheese and roll. Grill in grill pan, serve.

Soya Chili Chicken:
Ingredients:
Chicken ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Capsicum 1
Oil 4 tbsp
Red chilies 6-7
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Chili paste 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Green onion ½ cup
Green chilies 3-4
Method:
Apply salt and ginger garlic paste. Heat oil add chicken sauté well. Add ginger garlic paste fry well. Also add capsicum, red chilies, onion and green chilies. Add chili sauce, soya sauce and vinegar mix well. Add 4 tbsp of water cook chicken till boil comes. Add green chilies mix well. Remove in a dish and serve with rice.
