Ingredients:
Boiled Potato 1/2 Kg
Tamarind Pulp 1 Cup
Sugar 1 tsp
National Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
National Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Curry Leaves 10
National Coriander 1 tsp (Crushed)
Black Salt 1/2 tsp
National Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Direction:
Take a pot and use medium flame and add Oil and add National Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and slightly fry it and then add Curry Leaves and stir it well and then add Tamarind Pulp and stir it well and then add Sugar, National Cumin Powder, National Coriander, Black Salt, National Chilli Powder and stir it well and then add Boiled Potato and stir it well on medium flame for 5 minutes. After that your Laal Aloo is Ready.
