Ingredients
- 300 gms – Minced Meat
- 1/2 tsp – National Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp – Roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp – National Red Chilli powder
- 2 – Green chillies, finely chopped
- 2 – Beaten eggs
- 1 cup – Carrots, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup – Broccoli, finely chopped
- National Salt to taste
- For browning the bhallas:
- 3 tsp – Mustard oil
- 3-4 Broccoli florets, chopped finely
How to Make Carrot and Kheema Bhallas
- To prepare the bhallas:
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Divide into four portions and place in a steamer and steam till the eggs allow the bhallas to set.
- To brown the bhallas:
- Heat the oil and add the broccoli pieces and stir fry while you add the steamed bhallas to the same pan.
- Turn the bhallas over once or twice so that all sides are lightly browned.
- Serve garnished with stir fried broccoli.
