Ingredients :
Sugar 200gm
Tape water 4 tbsp
Glucose 200gm
Regular cream 200ml
Method :
Take in a souce pan.
Add water and sugar.
Cook to medium heat 10 to 15 min until golden brown.
Add glucose mix it.
Now take of the souce pan from heat and add the cream whisk vigorously.
Place it again on over heat and cook it again for 3 to 4 min.
