Ingredients
Mince meat 1 kg
Bread slices 4
National Soya sauce 4 tbsp
National Vinegar 1 tbsp
National Black pepper (ground) 1 tsp
Fresh coriander leaves 1 bunch
Green chilies (chopped) 4
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Egg 1 beaten
National Salt to taste
Cooking oil for frying
Cooking Directions
Soak the bread slices in the mixture of Soya sauce and vinegar for 10 minutes.
Mix it with the mincemeat.
Now add black pepper, fresh coriander and the beaten egg.
Mix well, knead this mixture with your hands for a few minutes and leave for an hour.
Take small portions from the meat mixture and shape to form kebabs and fry.
